oTranscribe is a free and open-source transcription service that doesn't require registration. oTranscribe is an online application that helps those who need to transcribe audio files for work or study. Compared to the traditional transcription method, oTranscribe simplifies the process by allowing you to simultaneously view the text editor and the audio file. To use oTranscribe, simply upload the audio file or YouTube link and start playback by pressing the Play button. While the audio is playing, you can write the text directly below it, with the ability to format it using styles such as italics and bold. To pause the audio, simply press the ESC key.
