When you erase files from you PC, they will go into your recycle bin and, if necessary, you can always restore them. What happens if you erase your files direct from a removable device, like a memory stick? There is non bin on your device so you'll delete and erase them for ever. And if you regret it later, it is a complex job to recover the files... The solution is a portable bin. That is what iBin is all about, a free program which detects when the data is deleted. You can use hotkeys to dump data, erase data or even restore the last data dumped.
